Itinerary

Early Morning Our Tour guide will pick you up from your Cruise Ship from Alexandria Port then drive to Giza.

Start your tour at the Giza Pyramids. Once you arrive, begin with the Great Pyramid, one of the seven ancient wonders, which was built by order of King Cheops. It is 146 meters high, covers 1000 square meters, and contains more than 2.4 million stones weighing seven million tons. Enjoy walking around, then drive to the panoramic viewpoint, where you can see all the pyramids in one line and take memorable pictures. While driving to the Great Sphinx, you can stop in front of the Pyramid of Chefren, which is 139 meters high, and the Pyramid of Menkaure, which is 66 meters high. After this, you will have a moment of majesty standing in front of the Great Sphinx, which has the body of a lion and the head of a man and lies behind the Valley Temple of the second pyramid.

After that, Have Lunch in a Good Quality Restaurant

Your pyramid tour continues south to Saqqara, home to the world’s first pyramid—the Step Pyramid of King Djoser. This pioneering structure, built by the architect Imhotep, marks the earliest large-scale stone construction in history. You'll also explore the nearby Saqqara highlights, including the Pyramid of Teti and the richly decorated tombs of Saqqara’s nobles, providing rare insights into ancient Egyptian life and beliefs.

From Saqqara, travel just 20 minutes to Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt. Visit the open-air museum where you’ll admire remarkable artifacts like the colossal statue of Ramses II and the Alabaster Sphinx—one of the largest of its kind.

After a full day exploring Egypt’s most treasured sites, Egypt Tours will escort you comfortably back to your hotel, wrapping up a truly unforgettable experience.

Early morning After Breakfast our tour guide will pick you to start your trip .

By visiting the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), also known as the Giza Museum, a major archaeological museum located near the Pyramids of Giza.
Overview:
*Location:
Approximately 2 kilometers from the Giza Pyramids, on the outskirts of Cairo

*Size:
It is anticipated to be the largest archaeological museum in the world, with around 100,000 artifacts on display. It also holds the most important treasure ever found in the world: the tomb of Tutankhamun, discovered by Howard Carter in 1922 in the Valley of the Kings. The treasure collection includes more than 3500 masterpieces of antiquities.

Then Drive to Old Cairo, or Coptic Cairo, which encompasses the Babylon Fortress, the Hanging Church, the Greek Church of St. George, and many other Coptic churches and historical sites. According to Christian tradition, the Holy Family visited this area and stayed at the site of the Church of Saints Sergius and Bacchus (Abu Serga). Coptic Cairo was a stronghold of Christianity in Egypt until the Islamic era, though most of the current church buildings in Coptic Cairo were built after the Muslim conquest of Egypt in the 7th century.

Then drive to the Cairo Citadel. It was built by order of King Saladin and was the largest fort and castle of the medieval period, covering 153,000 square meters. It was built between 1176 and 1183 CE to protect Cairo from the Crusaders, only a few years after Saladin defeated the Fatimid Caliphate. Saladin recycled the stones of the Giza Pyramids to finish as fast as he could. It served as the royal court from Al-Nasir Muhammad ibn Qalaoun until Muhammad Ali Pasha in 1807 CE. Muhammad Ali built two great palaces, Salamlik and Haremlik, and, between 1828 and 1848 CE, the Muhammad Ali Alabaster Mosque, one of the masterpieces of Turkish mosques in the world, perched on the summit of the Citadel.

After that, you will get your lunch at a good-quality restaurant.

Then drive to Khan El-Khalili Bazaar, a major souk in the historic center of Islamic Cairo. The bazaar district is one of Cairo’s main attractions for tourists and Egyptians alike.

After finishing Drive back to Alexandria Port or Port Said Port
