Early in the morning, around 6 o'clock, our guide will pick you up from your hotel and drive south of Cairo to El Minya province to start your tour. Visit the great plain where Akhenaten received his divine inspiration to build his city. After that, drive to the Tuna El Gebel necropolis, where you can see Petosiris, the Ibis bird tombs and the tomb of Isadora, dating back to the 2nd century AD. Lunch will be served in El Minya city. Then return to your hotel and stay overnight in El Minya.

Tell el-Amarna, Dayr Mawas, Egypt and Beni Hassan

Early in the morning, around 8 o'clock, you will join our guide to visit Beni Hassan. There you can see the tomb of Bakhet III, who was the governor of the Oryx Nome; the tomb of Khnumhotep, who was governor under Amenemhat III; and the tomb of Khety from the 11th dynasty. Have lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch, drive to Tell El Amarna, where you will see the north tombs, including the tombs of Ahmose and Huya. Later, drive back to Cairo.
